I&#39;d like to think there is but, honestly, I don&#39;t know. I&#39;ve been wanting to win the lottery now for the past, close to, thirty (30) years and have had &quot;no luck&quot; doing so.. If I were to get all moneies spent playing I&#39;d get a nice chunk of change. Maybe, just maybe, I should look at it as an &quot;investment,&quot; and that the investment is going to pay off soon..
