The Journey and the Middle Way

Share |

To live without trying to understand life is to be on one extreme; and to understand life so much that it no more remains fascinating is to fall onto the other extreme.

A perfectly healthy life is somewhere in the middle. But interestingly (and that is the problem), in order to understand this, one must traverse both the extremes.

That’s the reason why people who are already and always in the middle still don’t seem healthy, contented in their life.

The trick, it seems, is to do the whole journey, understand it all, and then settle on the middle way.
